While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

The Logs.so service, including its software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service without explicit permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logs.so shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
